Great staff who are friendly and very helpful.
The shower water was cold, and we had to ask for a room change. Breakfast was disappointing. The choices were limited, and the atmosphere felt rushed. Our experience was further marred by outdated room decor and inadequate heating on a cold night.

My visit was very brief as I didn't arrive until 10pm and left the next morning. However, this is my second stay there and will definitely stay again.
The hotel completely suited my requirements

We enjoyed the efficient service, cleanliness of the rooms and proximity to University Concert Hall( our reason for visit) and of course the value for money.

Comfortable stay with excellent breakfast
I enjoyed my week-long stay, and the highlight was definitely the breakfast. It offered a fantastic buffet with an array of delicious options. The room was spacious and well-maintained. I appreciated the quality of food in the on-site bar as well, although a bit more variety in the dining menu would have been great.
